September 4-5, 2017 in the conference hall of the Atyrau University of Oil and Gas a regional seminar was held with the participation of the head of the chair of the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan of the North Kazakhstan State University. The organizers of the seminar were the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of Atyrau oblast and KSU "Kogamdyk kelіsim".

The purpose of the seminar: the revitalization of work and clarification of the main areas of work of the departments of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in the Atyrau region, the improvement of methods of mutual activity with other organizations.

Heads of the ANC departments of the Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, the Atyrau University of Oil and Gas, the Atyrau Humanitarian Engineering Institute, the heads and teachers of the three higher educational institutions, the leaders and members of the ethno-cultural associations, the chairman and members of the Public Consent Council, employees KSU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" and representatives of the media.

Employees of the department set themselves great tasks, one of which is to enter the Association of the Chairs of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Along with this, it was about the opportunities for teachers to participate in social projects, in the areas of the development of civil institutions.

Participants of the seminar discussed the most important topics raised in the Address and articles of the Head of State N.Nazarbayev, such as "Tugan zher", "Mangilik El", "100 jana esim", "Ruhani zhangiru", and a constructive exchange of views also took place.
