August 12, 2016 Members of the Council of mothers with the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of Pavlodar region visited the city's civil registry office and congratulated the just-married couples. Young brides were handed with white scarfs and souvenir tents.

During the campaign the Chairwoman of Council of Mothers, Maksilova B.Sh. made a blessing on behalf of all mothers and explained the spiritual and deep philosophical meaning, which lies at the heart of the action "Ak oramal" as well as the value of white color as a symbol of purity - purity of thought, purity of heart, a symbol of honor - honesty, loyalty, word of chastity.
