The republican action ''Ak oramal'' was started by the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and was carried out in order to ensure the promotion of the Manifest "Peace. XXI Century ", voiced by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev at the IV Summit on Nuclear Security in Washington.

August 8, 2016 in a military unit number 5510, Kokshetau within the framework of the republican action "Ak oramal" was held an event honoring the mothers of soldiers of the Kazakhstan National Guard of Interior Ministry, Denis Chernyshev and Artem Avdeev, participants of the counterterrorist operation in the city of Aktobe.

Welcoming remarks were made by the Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Akmola Dzhakupova, Maral Kazhikenovna, mothers and Chairman of the Council of Akmola People's Assembly Kiikova Zere Espaevna.

Mothers of soldiers Irina Vladimirovna and Marina M. were awarded white scarves as a symbol of peace in the world and souvenirs. With the support of the KSU "Қoғamdyқ kelіsіm" Denis Chernyshov and Artem Avdeev were presented computers.

Creative groups and performers of the Palace for Culture "Dostar", Kokshetau joined the republican action "Ak oramal" and decorated the concert event.
