Akim of West Kazakhstan region - Kulginov Altai Seydirovich

Kulginov Altai Seydirovich was born in 1978.

Graduated from the International Kazakh-Turkish University after H.A.Yasavi, Public Administration Academy under the President of Kazakhstan and the British University of Aberdeen, Presidential International educational program "Bolashak". Master of Public and Local Administration, Master in International Business Law.

2000 – military service in the army.

From 2001 to 2008 worked in various positions in the Ministry of Justice, the Agency for Civil Service and the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2008 to 2010 - Deputy General Director of LLP "Alash Media Group."

From 2010 to 2012 - State Department Inspector, state control and organizational work for the territorial Administration of the President, Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2012 to 2013 - Deputy Akim of West Kazakhstan region.

From 2013 to March 2016 - Akim of Uralsk city.

Since March 26, 2016 - Akim of West Kazakhstan region.
