Today in the South Kazakhstan region within the framework of the spiritual revival an expanded meeting was held with the participation of representatives of 1774 mother councils at the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan. The meeting was held at the Kazakhstan University of Friendship of Peoples of Shymkent, where they discussed the role of Mothers' Councils in the implementation of the program "Spiritual Revival". The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman - Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Darkhan Mynbay, akim of the South Kazakhstan region Zhanseit Tuimebayev, representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the APK, scientists, heads of republican public organizations, as well as chairmen of the Mothers Councils of all regions of the country, the press service reports. akim of the SKR.

Speaking at the meeting, the head of the region Zhanseit Tuimebayev noted that women play a big role in the formation of a national identity, an independent nation, a sovereign and independent state.

"Today the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan plays a fundamentally important role in modernizing public consciousness based on strong foundations of national and spiritual values. In order to strengthen the institution of the family, as an important component of the stability of society and the promotion of family values, 202 mother councils have been established and are operating in our oblast. At their meetings, issues of upbringing of the younger generation, reducing the number of divorces, preventing crime and delinquency among young people are discussed. During the first year of activity, the work of the Councils of Public Consent and the Councils of Mothers of the Region were considered at the republican extended meetings of the APK, on the basis of which they were recognized as exemplary and aimed for familiarization in all regions of the republic", the akim said.

Along with this, within the framework of the meeting, the issues of youth education on the basis of the spiritual culture of the Kazakh people, the potential of the project "Modern Kazakhstan culture" in shaping the country's international image, the mechanisms for implementing the program "Ryhani zhangiry" in the system of professional technical education, councils of mothers of APK SKR and a number of other questions.

It should be noted that under the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan as a consultative and advisory body at the regional, district and rural levels there are 1,774 mother councils with 9234 members. In the oblast 202 mothers' councils have been established and are operating. More than 1,130 members take part in raising the younger generation, reducing the number of divorces, preventing crime and delinquency among young people. Within these directions more than 640 events were held.
