A meeting on youth policy was held in Uralsk House of Friendship.

The youth of Urals region discussed further actions to improve the climate for the development of youth initiatives. A proposal was also made to create a separate regional program to improve financial literacy of the population and upbringing of skills for emergency situations.

 "Today we have gathered here to discuss the further development of youth policy, youth wing of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan of West Kazakhstan region. Back in 1995, the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, established the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan to unite all minorities and faiths," said Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan of WKO, Head of Secretariat, Gaisa Kapakov.

An important statement was the planning of ethnic summer camps in order to familiarize the younger generation with the traditions and life of various nationalities.
