Dear compatriots!

The XXV Session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan calls on the people of Kazakhstan to support the implementation of the initiatives of the Head of State to modernize public consciousness.

2017 was the beginning of a new era - the start of the Third Modernization, the creation of a new model of Kazakhstan's economic growth.

The constitutional reform has formed socio-political conditions for the solution of these problems.

Modernization of public consciousness is natural and objectively necessary; it gives integrity to the whole development strategy of Kazakhstan.

Spiritual modernization of society must be based on the best traditions and national and cultural roots.

Competitiveness, pragmatism, preservation of national identity should become organic features of the entire people of Kazakhstan and each of us individually.

We will promote the cult of knowledge as the most fundamental factor of success.

The Session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan supports the idea that only evolutionary development gives a chance for prosperity. This should be the principle of social development and the internal conviction of every citizen.

These approaches will become the basis for the modernization of public consciousness.

The Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan will take an active part in the implementation of the agenda for the coming years.

The internal desire for renewal, as a key principle of our development, determines the unity of our goals, the commonality of values ​​and the power of social harmony.

Success will only be achieved by a nation that will increase the competitiveness of the whole people, not individual people.

We call upon the people of Kazakhstan to take an active part in the implementation of the tasks set.

We are sure that stability, unity and harmony will become the basis and the main condition for the successful achievement of the goals of economic, political and spiritual modernization of society!
