Today in Kazakhstan, representatives of different ethnic groups live in peace and harmony. All of them are descendants of those who during the deportation years had to leave their native places for a foreign land, into an unfamiliar Kazakhstan. In spite of everything, the new land and the local people accepted them as brothers. Today, Kazakhstan - united homeland children and grandchildren were deported to different years, from more than 100 ethnic groups. Among them are representatives of the Turkish ethnocultural association "Ahiska" of the Zhambyl region.

It is impossible not to mention the history of the migration of Turks to Kazakhstan. July 31, 1944 issued Resolution No. 6279 of the USSR State Defense Committee on the eviction of the Ahiska Turks from Georgia to the Republics of Central Asia and Kazakhstan. It was this year that turned the life of the Turkish people, leaving bleeding wounds and profound melancholy in the hearts of their fathers. The uncertainty of the future fate maimed the soul. Separation from the Motherland, longing for the loved ones corroded the heart. But, despite this, the Turkish people were able to find a happy life in the land of Kazakhstan, living side by side under one shanyrak with the fraternal Kazakh people. They themselves call themselves "Ahiska Turks".

Turks-ahiska have been living in Kazakhstan for the 73rd year. They found here a future, calm, conquered fear. The Kazakh people, who sheltered the Turk-ahiska, seemed to share with the people the bitterness of their fate and misfortune.

In the Merken rural district in the restaurant "Old Castle" was held a traditional event dedicated to the Day of Memory of the deportation of the Turks-Ahiska.

The event was actively attended by akim of Merke district M.Omirbekov, deputy akim M.Kasym, deputies of district and regional maslikhat, akims of rural districts, representatives of different ethnic groups, elders and youth area, and guests of the city of Taraz, Baizak, Kordai and Shu District.

Today at the event in memory of those who died, the surahs from the Holy Koran were read, a memorial dinner was given. With warm words the akim of the Merken district M.Omirbekov spoke, then the older generation, the elders of the deported peoples, spoke about those days and about those human, brotherly acts of the people of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of charity is to promote the development of the self-organization of society through the formation, maintenance and strengthening of the society's spiritual and moral values of charity.

The event in Merke central mosque "Merkі Ata" representatives of the Turkish ethnocultural association "Ahiska", namely Ya.Azizov, I.Salaev, R.Zabitov, T.Badalov, F.Agezov, A.Dursunov, T.Abitov, I. Rustamov as a gift installed one big and eight small chandeliers. The chandelier is one of the main lighting fixtures. The chandelier does not just match the style of the mosque, it creates an atmosphere and cosiness, because the mosque in the life of Muslims plays a huge role. Mosque - is the embodiment of spirituality, purity, and its internal content unknown way goes to our hearts, thoughts, intentions, and actions.

The next day and in the Zhambyl region in the restaurant "Grand Royale" was given a memorial dinner for 200 people. Short films about the history and fate of the Turk-ahiska were shown for the guests.

Chairman of the committee for religious affairs "Ahiska" Ibrahim Zufarov read surahs from the Koran. After, with warm wishes, the deputy chairman of the assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of Zhambyl region, the head of the secretariat Marzhan Kozhayeva and the chairman of the Turkish ethno-cultural association "Ahiska" Mahmutjon Daurishev made a warm welcome.

Note that M.Davrishev is one of the patrons who actively takes part in all charitable actions of Zhambyl region. At the charity event "QAI'YRYMDY JAN-2017", he gave 200 000 tenge, which were sent to children with special needs.

In the conclusion of the main measure, the merger Turks "Ahiska" organized a sport event in the sports complex of the Olympic Reserve Training Center. There was a tournament among teenagers in freestyle wrestling.

The purpose of the tournament: to contribute to the health of youth and adolescents, the formation of a healthy lifestyle among them, the development of a system of mass sports and physical education.

The tournament was attended by teenagers from the districts of the region born in 2003-2007. The competition was conducted according to the rules of the international standard UWW, in two age groups and in different weight categories. In the overall team event, the team of the Merken district took the first place.

The winners of the tournament were awarded with special diplomas and medals from the Turkish ethnocultural association "Ahiska". And M.Davrishev was rewarded and deserved trainers of the Republic of Kazakhstan in freestyle wrestling.

Combining the Turks "Ahiska" - active participants in public life Zhambyl oblasti6 as they are one of the most active and energetic in the regional Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.
