Biys’ Councils will be created in all district centres of Atyrau region.

Zhylyoi district court of Atyrau region together with the branch of the party “Nur Otan” held a meeting on theme “Creation of Biys’ Council – revival of national heritage”. Chairman of the court B. Zhumabayev speaking at the meeting, recalled that in strategic article “Course towards the future: modernization of public consciousness” of the Head of state said that the biys’ councils are national treasure and called for their mass propaganda among the population. The biys’ councils of Kazakh nomads, their authority and status as the heritage of the national history fund is the subject of research scientists”, – the press service of Zhylyoi district court informs.

Following the meeting, it was decided to create Biys’ Council in Zhylyoi district. As informed in the press-service of the regional court, similar councils will be created in all areas. Noting that the Biys’ Council in society can contribute to the resolution of civil disputes before the court.
