The House of Friendship with the support of the city of Uralsk akimat of the region within the framework of the "Days of ethnic groups" was a German traditional Carnival "Fasching", organized by the German ethnocultural association "Heimat" Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan region.

The purpose of the event is acquaintance with the tradition and culture of the German ethnic group, the strengthening of inter-ethnic harmony.
