Celebrating the 87th anniversary of the founding of the Humanitarian Technical College of Petropavlovsk

"Education is the most important of the earthly goods, if it is of the highest quality. Otherwise it is completely useless" (R. Kipling).

It is with this motto that the Petropavlovsk Humanitarian-Technical College opens its doors. Being one of the leading secondary specialized educational institutions, this college annually produces hundreds of qualified workers who have not only general theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience.

Today the college has a powerful material and technical base. Its structure includes 6 buildings, 58 classrooms and laboratories, 3 workshops, a technopark, 14 computer classes, an information and publishing center, a printing house with the latest equipment, a book fund with over 90,000 copies, and a sports recreation complex.

Today, November 17, 2017, the Humanities Technical College celebrates its 87th anniversary. For many years now, the collective of the college in the spirit of a good tradition celebrates its every birthday. This contributes to the strengthening of friendly relations in the team, the rallying of the teaching staff with students on the basis of common spiritual values.

Before the beginning of the solemn part, the demonstration excursion was conducted by the director Merk Alexander Andreevich, who for almost 30 years is the permanent leader of the college. He brought up a huge number of students who have already become professionals in their field, working on their specialty, bringing their significant contribution to the development of the region.

To the guests of the holiday are presented the exhibitions of scientific achievements and sports awards of the educational institution, methodical manuals and other scientific literature, published by the teachers of the college, scientific and technical developments and so on. In addition, museums, the 550th anniversary of the formation of the Kazakh Khanate, were dedicated to the famous German writer, the scientist Gerold Belger, the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, the "man of labor" Bashkirov Stepan, the Center for Peace and Harmony.

The beauty and the creative approach to the design of all the offices were striking with their eccentricity. Feels love and care for everything that is done in college, which is given such special attention.

The very solemn part included the presentation of the Humanities Technical College, telling its history, the main directions of work, achievements. After the presentation, the ceremony of awarding the social partners, employers, with whom the college cooperates closely. These include factories and corporations, firms and companies providing places for student practices and future work.

The college congratulated the head of the secretariat of the North Kazakhstan regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan Salimov Nail Kamilievich.

"Today, the college is our ally in the work. We have been cooperating for a long time. After all, the goal for a single - to form the younger generation of highly educated, developed people with a clear life position, active civic activity. We must educate them in the spirit of Kazakhstani patriotism, civic identity, modernization of public consciousness", - said Nail Salimov.

In addition, he noted that it was at the Humanitarian Technical College that the Center for Peace and Harmony was first established. Thanks to this positive experience, other similar centers have been established in the region.

For the active cooperation of the director of Merk college Alexander Andreyevich he awarded Salimov Naila Kamilevich Order "Honored Worker of Humanities and Technical College". In turn, from the regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan books and manuals were transferred to the book fund of the college.

The event ended with a festive concert performed by creative collectives and artists of the Peter and Paul Humanitarian Technical College.
