Kazakhstan People's Assembly for two years holds a competition for the title of "Philanthropist of the Year". November 29 in the restaurant "Emirat" in Petropavlovsk the final of the "Philanthropist of the Year" contest took place with the participation of the deputy akim of the North-Kazakhstan oblast of the region Kozhakhmet Madiyar Dyusenbaevich.

This competition is held with the aim of popularizing the culture of charity in the region. It is very important to note people who do not pass by the problems of others, give the right example to close people.

Since the beginning of 2017 KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" together with the NKR APK conducted a number of charitable events and provided financial support to vulnerable segments of the population of the region for the amount of 8,000,000 tenge.

The region constantly monitors, the base of the needy and the base of philanthropists and patrons of art are being updated.

In the first half of the year, ethno-cultural centers of the North Kazakhstan regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" held charitable concerts, actions, as well as visits to orphanages and specialized institutions.

In the spring of 2017, a state of emergency was declared in the region, hundreds of houses were sunk because of the flood. Ethno-cultural associations provided assistance to the victims in the amount of 1,200,000 tenge. For the victims, humanitarian aid worth about 3,000,000 tenge was provided. The help came from the Turkish ethnocultural center "Ahiska", from the national and cultural autonomy of the Kazakhs of the Tyumen region, and also from the "Club of Dobryakov" in Astana. This assistance was delivered to the temporary evacuation centers and addressed to the victims.

"Unity through charity!" It is under this motto that all the charitable events of the North Kazakhstan regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan are held. In unity, our strength!

The deputy akim of the region Madiyar Duysenbaevich said with gratitude to all the gathered: "For today the Assembly carries out one of the important tasks - preservation of consent, harmonization of society and development of charitable culture".

Madiyar Kozhakhmet opened the ceremony of awarding the winners of the "Philanthropist of the Year" contest. In the category "large and medium-sized enterprises," won Rafalskiy Anatoly, director of LLC "TaiyinshaAstik". Anatoly Bronislavovich does a lot for his native village, starting with benefits for bread, finishing with road repair.

The winner in the nomination "Individual Entrepreneurs, Small Business Enterprises" was Elena Semidotskikh, the director of the floristic studio "Viasna". Elena Aleksandrovna is actively engaged in charitable activities in the region, no major event can not do without her participation. It also showed itself during the rendering assistance to the victims of the spring flood.

Active charitable activity this year was provided by members of the PA "Tajik community" "Somoniyon Sever" of the North-Kazakhstan region". Anvarshosh Gayratovich as a representative of the North Kazakhstan regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, the chairman of the center won the victory in the nomination "ethno-cultural associations".

The winner in the category of charitable funds was Shvets Anastasia Gennadievna, director of the public fund for helping children and adults with Down syndrome "Sunny House".

In the spring of this year, our region was badly affected by the flood. Hundreds of houses were flooded, people lived in temporary evacuation centers. Khan Evgeniy Viktorovich - chairman of the Korean ethno-cultural association NKR APK never stands aside from the problems in our region. During the assistance to the victims, he took an active part, providing his services during the reception and delivery of humanitarian aid. In this competition, he won a nomination "nongovernmental organizations".

n such a difficult situation our compatriots from the Russian Federation did not leave us. The national-cultural autonomy of the Kazakhs of the Tyumen region led by Ibraev Esengali Hamzeevich sent us 8 tons of humanitarian aid. Already on the spot, with the help of volunteers, food packages were collected and addressed to the injured. Esengali Hamzeevich was awarded with the certificate of honor for the contribution that he made to the charity of our region.

May 19, 2017 II Charity Ball took place. As a result of the event, 3,169,000 tenge was collected. The funds were distributed according to the decision of the North Kazakhstan Oblast Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Council between three children: Zologin Ivan (hypoplasia of both kidneys, kidney transplant is required), Pugach Ilya (osteopetrosis, bone marrow transplantation is required), Diana Beisembaeva (brain tumor, now in coma, requires expensive treatment). The event surpassed all expectations, and this day we could not ignore those people, sponsors and partners, thanks to which the Charity Ball was held at the highest level.

On behalf of akim of Petropavlovsk city Marat Tasmagambetov, the general sponsor was awarded - the author agency "Gera" represented by Alena Pisarenko, the floristic studio of Elena Semidotsky "Viasna", the advertising agency "Your success", the restaurant "Ak tilek".

A huge work was done during the preparation for the ball, in which talented people of our city took part, these are our partners: beauty studios "SabriKurtkaya", "Grimerka", "ElyaBeauty". Beauty Salons: "Alima", "Ariana", "Secular Lioness". Make-up artists: Marina Kozhuhar, Kuralai Davletbaeva. Informational sponsors: advertising-marketing company "Region-Media", advertising agency "Alirus". Special thanks to the talented photographers of our city: Marat Ibraev and Dauren Abilkhayatov, as well as videographer Didar Umutzhanov. For special effects and a fantastic atmosphere at the ball were awarded Syzdykov Adilkhan and Kairat Meyrambek.

For any event, be it a charity concert, a fair or a ball, there is a lot of work. The work, which first of all requires sincere feedback, does not come here for advertising or profit, people with a big and pure soul take part in organizing such events. One of these people - it's Vera Shcherbinina. Behind her back a lot of charity events, not a single child who needs help in our city did not remain without her attention. She was awarded with the honorary diploma of the director of KGU Asemgul Eskozha and the head of the APK secretariat of the region Naila Salimova.

Also noted were talented girls from the folk dance ensemble "Aray" in the person of artistic director Dilyara Sabirova. When such a professional as Dilyara is taken to work, you can be sure that the event will be held at the highest level. Talent, love to dance, a sense of beauty, full commitment, the broadest soul and kind heart - not all the qualities that can describe this wonderful girl! Dilyara Yerlanovna was awarded an honorary diploma.

Throughout this year, we have actively collaborated with the director of LLC «World attractions" Alexander Kozlov. For active support, he was also awarded an honorary diploma.

Most recently, in our city, a charity event was organized, initiated by Dilyara Sabirova, in which a charity auction was held. One of the lots was the form of Zhanat Zhakiyanov, in which he performed in the unification main battle for the world title in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The owners of this form were Olga and Sabri Kurtkaya - our regular partners. And on this day they decided to transfer their valuable lot to the organizers of the Charity Ball - KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" for resale it at the III Charity Ball. Did not remain indifferent and the owner of the club hockey team "Kulager" Alena Pisarenko and Khan Eugene Viktorovich, who bought a book with a biography and an autograph of Alexander Vinokurov. These valuable lots are - a great support for the organizers of the ball, after all, very soon the active preparation for this traditional event will begin. And we are sure that the III Charity Ball will gather even more kind hearts and save the lives of children.
