August 22, 2017 in the concert hall "Ethno Music Hall" of the Ethnocultural Ethnocultural Complex "Ethnoaul" within the framework of the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO-2017, the Concert of Ethno-Cultural Associations of Kazakhstan "A Thousand of Persons" and the Republican Festival "Enemy Sasan - Kazakhstan!" Took place.

The organizer of the events is the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan.

During the years of independence, Kazakhstan has demonstrated to the whole world its effective strategy of achieving interethnic harmony. Guided by the principle of unity in diversity, the state directed its actions not just to reviving the culture of the people of Kazakhstan, but to conduct a tireless dialogue, to build good relations between all ethnic, confessional groups in our country.

The goal and tasks of various ethno-cultural associations are identical. They are based on the promotion of the development of the national culture, the improvement of interethnic relations, the strengthening of mutual understanding among peoples, the realization of cultural and educational work on the revival and development of national traditions, the preservation of language and culture, and the study of history.

The concert of ethno-cultural associations of Kazakhstan "A Thousand of Persons" and the festival "Enemy Sazan - Kazakhstan!" Are a clear demonstration of the friendship of the ethnic groups of Kazakhstan, the preservation of the unity of the people and the development of the diversity of cultural features of our country. These projects help the revival, preservation and development of national cultures, languages ​​and traditions of the people of Kazakhstan.

Representatives of ethnocultural associations of the country, as well as laureates of international and republican competitions Ardak Aleksev, Serik Ibrahimov, Ksenia Sukhomazova, Rinat Maltsagov, VoX Acapella Band and Alau took part in the events.
