In order to implement the recommendations of the Regional Forum of mediators "Status and prospects of development of mediation" institute round table "The use in criminal proceedings of the Law "On Mediation", the prosecutor's office of the city of Taraz, organized by mediators APK Zhambyl region.

During the round table, a kind of feedback was formed, during which the round table participants attempted to understand how to organize the work of the mediator and what steps to take in order to harmonize it and serve as a good addition to the work of policemen. The city's prosecutor, B.Seylkhanov, suggested to the APK mediators to develop a tripartite Memorandum for joint cooperation with the criminal prosecution authorities in the implementation of mediation.

This week, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the mediators of the city, the prosecutor's office, the city department of internal affairs and the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in the Zhambyl region. I must say that this is not the first experience of such a serious cooperation of the APK mediators with the law enforcement system of the region. We hope that by signing such a significant document, the Law "On Mediation" will adequately and impeccably begin to fit into the working days of law enforcement agencies.
