At a meeting held in the Friendship House on September 30, 2017, in connection with the working visit of the Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Darhan Mybai, to the West Kazakhstan region, special attention was paid to the work of the public consent councils and the propaganda of the ideas of national unity. The discussion was attended by akim of the Altai Kulginov region, deputy chairman, head of the APK WKR secretariat Gaisa Kapakov, first deputy chairman of the regional branch of the "Nur Otan" party Serik Suleimen, members of the regional and city councils of public consent, elders, mothers, representatives of the scientific and expert group of the regional Assemblies, leaders and members of the ethno-cultural associations of the region.

In his speech, Darkhan Mynbay separately focused on the relevance of the work of the regional Council for Public Accord, the development of mediation and stressed the importance of effective implementation of plans and programs of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in the region.

The chairman of the regional Council of Mothers Shalkim Kurmanalina took the initiative to open a museum of mothers in the region to strengthen family values and create measures to improve the policy of motherhood and childhood. Academician Askhat Imangaliyev, the head of the scientific-expert group of the APK WKR, inspected the work of the APK department at the M.Utemisov ZKGU and the results of scientific and methodological research.

- The importance of educational work, especially in the light of new tasks to modernize public consciousness, is difficult to overestimate. With a view to realizing the set tasks, a separate institute "Ryhani zhangiry" and the center "Tygan zher" were established in our university. The university has always been one of the most powerful centers of science, culture and education, and henceforth we will continue to carry out our great mission, he said.

Secretary of the Coordinating Council for Welfare Charities of the WKR Seitakov Aibolat stressed that in the first half of the year 2017, charitable assistance was rendered to low-income families, individuals (people with disabilities, veterans and other categories) in the region. There are more than 300 benefactors in the region. For example, Nurlybay Zholdybayev is one of their young people who managed to prove that in a remote village it is possible to create and develop business. To date, he has provided employment for 40 families. N.Zholdybaev, except for the development of his business, also participates in social projects carried out in the region, - A. Seitakov cited the example.

And this is not the only example of charity actions of patrons of the region. The Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in order to strengthen peace, friendship and public harmony, the unity of the people contributes to the development of charity in the country, provides coordinating and other support in the field of charity.

Further, during the working visit to the region, Darkhan Mynbay met with the members of the public consent councils established at the enterprises of TOO "Glass-Service" and "ZapKaz REK". One can not fail to note the positive attitude of the members of the Councils of Public Consent of the enterprises visited by Darkhan Mynbay, their active civil position when discussing issues at the meeting. The role of Soviets of public harmony in the socio-political life of the region as another additional mechanism of communication and interaction between the authorities and the population is very significant. The issues that are discussed at the meetings - counteraction to corruption, modernization of public consciousness, transition of the state language to the Latin alphabet and other issues - concern the whole of Kazakhstan society, the present and the future of our state. In the future, with the deepening of democratization and the full practical implementation of constitutional reforms, the importance of the Councils of Public Accord, along with the Public Councils and Maslikhats of all levels, will only increase.

Then Darkhan Mynbay was acquainted with the activities of the Mediation Center in the regional branch of the party "Nur Otan". Also, within the framework of the working visit, a meeting was held with members of the village councils of public consent in the settlements of Beles and Peretelnoye in the Zelenovsky District.

In the opinion of the participants in the event and the members of the Assembly, the meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan turned out to be interesting and fruitful.
