In the city park of culture and recreation, the summer festival "We Live in the Family of the United" by the Azerbaijan ECO "Vatan" was held. Guests of the holiday were members of the regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, leaders of ethno-cultural associations, as well as guests and residents of the city.

During its activity the Azerbaijani ethnocultural association "Vatan" made a great contribution to the development and strengthening of interethnic relations and added unique colors to the Kazakhstani multinational palette.

Azerbaijan is a country that faithfully respects its national traditions. Traditions accompany Azerbaijanis from the moment of birth and throughout life: matchmaking, the birth of children, holidays, harvesting and much more. In addition, many traditions of the Azerbaijani people are embodied in their hospitality, culture, folk beliefs, national dress, folk festivals and entertainment.

Hospitality of Azerbaijanis is widely known. In Azerbaijan, they are able to receive guests with a truly Caucasian cordiality and scope. The refusal of an invitation to visit can be regarded as a personal insult. For the travelers, who were lost in the mountains, tired, behind the travelers, "Aman evlyari" shelters were built, preserved to the present day in the Azerbaijani mountains as monuments of antiquity. This shows that the Azerbaijanis showed hospitality not only at home, but also outside its borders, providing travelers with shelter, even in remote places from the village.

Chairman of the Azerbaijani ethnocultural association "Vatan" Jafar Jafarovich Mahmudov, on behalf of the center and the Council of Elders, thanked all participants of the event, wished good health, happiness, peace and a bright sky over his head. For the great contribution to the preservation and development of the language, culture, customs and traditions, and active participation in the public life of the Azerbaijani ethnocultural association "Vatan", diplomas and valuable prizes were awarded to the IVF activists and participants of the event. Parents of children were also noted who always come to the rescue and contribute to the organization and holding of events.

On this day, the audience and guests of the holiday were presented with bright songs and beautiful dances of the Azerbaijani people. Their performances were presented by the vocal ensemble "Deniz", the choreographic ensemble "Odlar Yurdu", the students of the national revival school named after K.B. Darjuman, Mikhailova Anastasia, the soloist of the dance studio "Bellirina". The concert program was completed with the song "Peace to Your Home" performed by the vocal ensemble "Deniz".
