Day of Culture of the Republic of Ingushetia passed the other day in the city of Kokshetau. The organizers were the Akmola regional Chechen-Ingush society "Vainakh" with the support of the Akmola Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan.

It is worth noting that the youth wing is actively working in the society. Thanks to the enthusiasm of its members and the support of the community coordinator Leyla Cherkiyeva, the festive program turned out to be spectacular and bright.

Traditionally, the word was given to Elder Gerikhan Tochiev, who noted that his ancestors were deported to Kazakhstan as a result of deportation, but thanks to the tolerance and friendliness of the Kazakhs, they survived. And at the present time, thanks to the policy of President Nursultan Nazarbayev, each ethnos retains its culture, customs and traditions, while remaining a single people of the Independent country.

The concert program was struck by the variety: the dancers' dance of the male group of the dance ensemble, the graceful and gentle dance of the girls, and the presentation of the national costumes.

And the heartfelt songs of the soloists Madina Tumgoeva and Diana Tepsurkieva did not leave anyone indifferent!

The bloc about participation of Chechens and Ingush in the Great Patriotic War turned out to be trembling: more than two thousand Chechens and Ingush were killed at the front. About 400 immigrants from Checheno-Ingushetia took part in the defense of the Brest Fortress. One of the defenders of the Brest Fortress was Magomed Uzuyev, who in 1996 was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation.

In the Akmola region at this time live and worthily work bright representatives of this ethnos: scientists, doctors, teachers, athletes and many others. For all, Kazakhstan has become a home.

In his speech, the chairman of the Chechen-Ingush “Vainakh” society, Gerikhan Yandiyev, talked about the plans of the society, shared plans and wished everyone a sound health, prosperity, peaceful sky and prosperity for our common homeland, the Republic of Kazakhstan.
