Members of the scientific expert group of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of the Kostanay region, together with students of higher educational institutions discussed the article of the Head of State "A look into the future: modernization of public consciousness" within the framework of a single republican day devoted to this document.

It is symbolic that the discussion preceded the work of the scientific and expert conference for students of the universities of the region on the eve of the upcoming specialized international exhibition EXPO-2017. The starting point for the participants' reports was the theme "Energy of the future ethnoses", because it is the symbiosis of cultures, traditions and customs of our multinational Kazakhstan that makes different countries draw attention to themselves and adopt positive experience of a unique institution of interethnic accord - the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

"It's not for nothing that our President Abishevich Nursultan Nazarbayev underlines in his speeches the importance of the nation's cohesion for the formation and development of the whole of Kazakhstan. And in his article "Looking to the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness," he attributes this factor to an important role, "Rita Ismuratova, a member of the scientific-expert group of the OANK, head of the Department of KInEU Assembly named after M. Should I say about the last Winter Universiade-2017 in Almaty, where more than 2 thousand athletes from 57 countries took the floor. Literally a month later, Astana will open EXPO-2017. It is expected to involve more than 100 states and international organizations, as well as more than 2 million visitors. All this is an example of the high level of recognition that Kazakhstan achieved during the years of its independence, by taking confident steps towards the strengthening of polyethnicity, giving each ethnic group the freedom of self-expression and self-identity, the right to revive and preserve its language, culture, traditions and customs. And here the role of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan is inexorable, which for these two decades has become a truly unique platform for peace, friendship and good, and now serves as the foundation for the construction and implementation of the national idea "Eternal Country".
