The festival of youth of ethno-cultural associations on the topic “Unity is strong, life is art - the eternal country of Kazakhstan!" was held in the House of Culture of the Grodikov village in the Zhambyl district, dedicated to the holiday, 1-st of May, the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan. The organizers of the event KGU "Public contracts" of the apparatus of mayor of Zhambyl region and the department on the issue of youth policy of the mayor of the region.

The festival was attended by 8 ethno-cultural associations - the Turkish ethno-cultural center "Akhyska", the Association of the Dungan Cultural Centers of the region “Vynhua”, the Zhambyl Regional Society of the Greeks, the Uzbek Ethno-cultural Association of the Zhambyl Region, the Kyrgyz ethno-cultural association "Manas Ata", the Tatar-Bashkir ethno-cultural Center "Ainuri", regional Kurdish association "Barbang" and Uygur ethno-cultural association of Zhambyl region named after Mahmud Kashgari

On the occasion of the unity of the people of Kazakhstan, the festival participants were congratulated by the deputy chairman, the head of the secretariat of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of Zhambyl region, Marzhan Kuzhaeva, and the head of the department on the youth policy of the mayor of Zhambyl region Madi Maten.

Participants competed in three nominations: "Business card", "Traditions and customs - the basis of the ethnos" and "Talents". The winners and participants of the festival received diplomas and valuable gifts.
