On December 2, the Cairo Culture Festival "On the Nicholas of the Winter" was held in the House of Friendship, the center of public accord.

The event was organized by the East Kazakhstan Regional Society of Slavic Culture with the assistance of the House of Friendship - the Center for Public Consent.

The festival began with the welcoming speech of the ataman of the Cossack association of the East Kazakhstan region "Irtysh outpost", the chairman of the PA of Slavic culture Yakovlev Alexander Andreevich.

On a holiday creative collectives from Zyryanovsky, Shemonaihinsky, Glubokovsky and Ulanovskogo areas have gathered. Performed: ensemble "Serebryanka", "Native stanitsa", "Will", folklore ensemble "Tovarki", "Vesnyanochka". Charmed all the audience with their energetic dance choreographic ensemble "high-tech" and "Sudarushki". Also, the creative teams of the House of Friendship - the center for public harmony, like "Russian Song", "Ladushki", "Inspiration" and "Bastenki". The festival ended with the song "Lyubo, Brothers, Lyubo!" Performed by creative collectives and spectators.

In the end, Alexander Andreevich Yakovlev thanked the creative teams for participating in the festival, handed them diplomas and souvenirs.
