First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev held a number of meetings at the residence in Almaty.

During the meeting with Akim of Turkestan region U.Shukeyev, current issues of socio-economic development of the region were discussed. Special attention was paid to further development plans of the regional center of Turkestan.

During the conversation with Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC A. Pavlov, the parties discussed the current situation and further prospects of development of the banking sector of the country, as well as topical issues of the financial market of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting with Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Central Asian Electric Power Corporation" JSC A.Klebanov Nursultan Nazarbayev paid attention to the topical issues of development of the market of electricity and heat production and security in the electricity supply of the country's regions. The parties also discussed the current process of implementing the tariff policy in the field of energy supply.
