On the 1-st of May, the Forum "The Nation of a Unified Future" was held on the platform of the House of Friendship, dedicated to the holiday of unity of the people of Kazakhstan. Mayor of the region, chairman of the regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan Krymbek Kusherbayev, members of the regional assembly, ethno-cultural associations, youth, city residents and media representatives took part in it.

Kazakhstan is considered as a “Shanyrak” of friendship, a strong foundation for a united life. Thanks to friendship and unity, our country develops and flourishes year after year. The Kyzylorda region is the golden cradle of friendship and harmony.

The first word was given to the head of the region Krymbek Kusherbayev. In his speech he said: "Dear Kyzylorda’s people, from the bottom of my heart I congratulate you with the 1-st of May - Day of unity of the people of Kazakhstan! As the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev noted, "Today Kazakhstan is a prosperous state, which has a unique image and a clear position, focusing on the unity of its citizens."

Thanks to the unity of nations and friendship of the people formed in the country today, the economy of our state is developing, society is moving forward. The preservation of stability and peace in society exerts a great influence on the construction of a democratic state in the country. Thanks to the wise policy of the President, today representatives of more than 130 ethnics live amicably under one “shanyrak”, present a positive example of unity.

On the Day of Unity I wish you happiness, good health, success in your work! Let and in the future we will have the consent and prosperity! ».

Also, at the solemn event, the Honorable resident of the city of Kyzylorda, the member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan Mahmudbai Amreuly, the teacher of the secondary school N.98 Nadezhda Yarynyuk, the Nazarbayev intellectual school teacher Zhetkergen Zhanshoryev and the head of the Korkyt Ata KGU department, Doctor PhD Sabit Ibadulla .

As part of the event, bundles of balls were launched into the sky, tied with ribbons with the inscriptions "EXPO-2017", Power Kazakhstan, " Peace, harmony, unity" and white balls from the hands of all participants.

The festival continued with the festival of arts of ethno-cultural associations "Unity of goals - unity of spirit".
