One of the important areas of work of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan is mediation. At the beginning of the year, work was planned on five areas of mediation. This is mediation in family, interethnic, labor, religious and school relations.

The mediation proposed by the Head of State is a modern reflection of the Kazakh traditions about the achievements of peacekeeping. The methods of mediation are very practical for both sides of the conflict. They get an opportunity to come to an agreement without conflicts. Mediation involves professional mediators. But also non-professional mediators can solve conflict situations and prevent them.

And our main goal is to explain to the population ways of solving the problem through mediation, and not in court proceedings.

To realize this goal, we held meetings and explanatory work on mediation with the residents of Inder and Isatai districts.

Within the framework of the expanded theme, the chairmen and members of the district Council for public consent, chairmen and members of the District Council of Mothers, akims of rural districts, were given full information about Mediation, ways to resolve conflict situations and their prevention, comprehensive family assistance, psychological and legal advice, On the ways of mediation for young couples planning to create a family, also during the meeting were given advice on the relationship between the daughters and their mother-in-law.

And while discussing the topic of "Mediation in interethnic relations", it was noted the importance of studying the nature of the interethnic conflict, the elements of its objectivity and subjectivity, the material and spiritual values ​​of the ethnos, and discussed the social and political aspects of the problem. For a broad knowledge in the field of mediation, a mediator with many years of experience, head of the mediation sector of the Republican State Institution "Kokamdyk Kelisim" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhanar Z. Zh. Usibbekova, was invited.

During the seminar-trainings in the districts, many important problems and issues were touched upon. Participants could contribute and discuss a number of topical issues of the society.

For example, a pensioner from the Yeltai rural district, an honorary citizen of the Inder district, Taskali Temirbolatov, noted that such training seminars will improve the relationship between the conflicting parties and allow them to solve problems independently, without the help of officials.

In addition, the chairman of the Council of public consent of the Inder district Serik Zhukiyev expressed gratitude to the mediator Zhanar Usipbekova for fulfilling such a responsible mission.

The head of the Isatay district culture center S.Mendigaziev noted in his speech that the mediation meets the requirements of the modern world. He also expressed hope that the mediators who can resolve conflict situations without court intervention will increase. Roza Karabalin, the chairman of the council of public consent of the Isatay district, did not stay aside from the general discussion. She drew attention to the fact that the seminar was held in an accessible language. The Chairperson expressed her concern that young people do not read books and do not watch useful programs on TV, preferring social networks to them. Therefore, to attract their attention, trainings should be conducted with the help of such videos and multimedia applications.

The seminar, which lasted two days in the districts is of great importance to its residents. The residents positively responded to the plans voiced in the Article of the Head of State and the respectable elders who had worked for many years at various government posts expressed their gratitude to the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan and the head of KSU "Kokamdyk kelіsim" T. Aman-Turlina.

The end of the seminar was the awarding ceremony. All participants of the seminar were awarded certificates.
