November 4, 2017 in the Kazakh State Philharmonic named after Zhambyl held a gala meeting and a gala concert in honor of A. A. Rozibakiev, as part of the activities of the Republican Ethnocultural Center of Uighurs of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of state and public figure Abdullah Rozibakiev.

A.A. Rozibakiev lived a short but bright life. In the memoirs of descendants, he remained an internationalist, devoted to duty and honor by man. His distinguished patriotism, outstanding organizational skills, high professionalism. A brilliant speaker, publicist, writer. Erudite, well versed in economic, financial, legal, certain military and other matters. He had good education at that time. He graduated from the prestigious Communist University. Ya. Sverdlov (1925-1927) and postgraduate study at the Institute of Nationalities under the Central Executive Committee of the USSR (1933). Thanks to his father and uncle, who worked as teachers, from childhood he was accustomed to literary creation. I was familiar with Eastern and Russian poetry. This affected his worldview. He sought to increase the literacy of the population of the republic. In the twenties and thirties of the last century, much attention was paid to educational activities. On his initiative and direct participation in the country, schools were opened, including with instruction in national languages. Numerous newspapers began to be published.

Within the framework of the event, a concert was organized, at which the Great Symphony Orchestra of the Kazakh State Philharmonic named after Zhambyl, the ensemble "Tarim", the dance group "Ruhsara" and others performed.
