This year our country celebrates a significant event in the history of Kazakhstan - the 25th anniversary of Independence! Across the country launched 25 star days "Uly Dala Eli - 25 bases of Independence", in which in the period from 21 November to 16 December, will be held 25 events, which determine the achievements of Kazakhstan for the years of independence.

November 21 in the House of Friendship in the framework of the national action of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan "The Constitution - Kazakhstan halky birliginin kepili" held Regional Conference "25 years of Independence of Kazakhstan - 25 years of formation and development of civil society."

The conference was attended by leaders and representatives of regional administrations, government districts and cities of the region, heads of ethnocultural associations and non-governmental organizations of the region, the media.

In his speech, President of the Association "Civil Alliance of the Karaganda region" Natalia Vschivtseva noted that during the 25 years of independence, non-governmental sector a lot of work has been done. She stressed that the Constitution establishes the foundations of the constitutional system, political and legal aspects of the device of our state. "The study of the Constitution is one of the most important means of formation of the Kazakh civil identity of the person, understood as the relationship of the citizen to his country," - Natalia added at the end of the report.

Public associations, including ethnocultural, was organized action "We - together" in order to open dialogue and fruitful cooperation for the benefit of our citizens and the prosperity of our country, as a gift to the Karaganda region to the 25th anniversary of Independence.

This year, the Civil Alliance of the Karaganda region was 11 years old. During this time, the APC and the Regional Civil Alliance are partners in many areas of work - ensuring inter-ethnic and inter-religious accord in the society, the formation of Kazakhstani patriotism, the creation of public control structures, which have become members of the NGO activists. And the fact that this conference is taking place this year in the walls of the House of Friendship, established itself as a center of peace and harmony, civic initiatives - indisputable proof of fruitful cooperation of all civil society.

On the theme "Consolidation of all the institutions of the civil sector in the name of peace and harmony of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was presented by the chairman of the public association "Karaganda regional Polish society "The Polonia" Vitaly Chmielewski.

"In terms of our poly-ethnic civil society concepts, the preservation of its stability and create conditions for its development are inextricably linked with the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan", - said Vitaly Albertovich.

On the eve of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the three major public organizations of our region - the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan Karaganda region, the Civil Alliance area and territorial associations of trade unions "Trade Union Centre of Karaganda region" was signed a Memorandum of joint activities aimed at further strengthening the values ​​"Mangilik El".

In turn, chairman of the territorial associations of trade unions region Lyubov Kuanyshbekova noted the role of the Assembly in the field of charity and expressed its support for this area. Summing up, it made a proposal on the consolidation of the Coordination Council and the Council for the Youth of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the event, the draft recommendation was proposed for non-profit organizations and government agencies, presented by the chairman of the youth club of Temirtau Alexei Lomakin, which in turn will be presented at the national Civil Forum.
