Utemisov. Danilbek Saratov - head of the Chechen-Ingush ECA, deputy head of the KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the WKR akim administration Zhamal Ihsanova, professorship - preaching staff, undergraduates and students of WKSU.

The participants spoke about the achievements in the socio - political sphere, the economic indicators have grown up during the years of independence.

The head of the ethnocultural association, the candidate of art criticism, the professor of WKSU named after M. Utemisov, the member of the APK of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Sergey Pogodin, noted how in the first years of Independence it was not easy, when there was devastation and in the republics of the former union, unite and become one - the people of Kazakhstan.

The head of the Chechen-Ingush ethno-cultural association Danilbek Saratov stood at the origins of the creation of a civil institution - the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, which has been working with all segments of the population for more than 20 years for the prosperity of the country of polyethnic Kazakhstan.
