The round table devoted to the 25^th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at Friendship House of the city of Kurchatov to which the military, representatives of the city organizations and enterprises, spiritual leaders, leaders of ethno-cultural associations were invited.

Fostering a sense of pride in their country, its successes and achievements, knowledge of the history of the country became the purpose of the event.

The round-table discussion was opened by the director of Friendship House Tuleutayev Shakhmurat Igembekovich, who in his speech noted that in 25 years of independence Kazakhstan joined the 50 most competitive countries in the world having implemented ahead the "Strategy-2030", and began to carry out five institutional reforms and the National Plan to join the top thirty developed countries.

The chief specialist of the Department of Internal Policy, Akhmetova Aynur Amantayevna presented a report on the subject: "Independence is the great heritage of our people".

The creative teams of the House of Friendship who prepared the concert continued the event. At the end of the event Sh.I. Tuleutayev handed letters of gratitude to activists of the House of Friendship and again heartily congratulated those present on the upcoming holiday.
