Yesterday in the capital's "Palace of Peace and harmony" for the first time, an International Marathon ethnic fashion famous designers from Ukraine and Kazakhstan, held within the framework of the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 "Energy of the Future".

The organizer of this event was the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, Astana. The idea of ​​a fashionable marathon belongs to the capital's NGO "Society of Ukrainians" Obereg ".

The international ethnic fashionable marathon started with the display of the Ukrainian collection Olesya Vakulenko's "Tree of Life". This is a collection of women's dresses pret-a-porter with the author's hand-painted on the motives of the Ukrainian folk art. The main accent belongs to a rich ornamental decoration, which is combined with a simple and practical cut of models, which makes it possible to wear such dresses both in everyday life and for solemn occasions.

During the event, the brand "Valeriya Nemushenko" was presented - this is a high quality of production and the stylistic originality of products, with an invariably strong imprint of the cultural traditions of the Ukrainian land. The design of "Pava" became a visiting card of the Ukrainian designer. One of the symbols of this pattern is the majestic birds of peacocks, which symbolize family happiness.

The fashion collection of Larisa Chernikova is called "Heritage". The Ukrainian designer about her collection said: "In order to breathe new life into old things, we unite our heritage with modern technologies. The collection has it all: floral and geometric Borshevskaya nizinkovye embroidery ornaments, stuffed stylized motifs, modern cut, trendy silhouettes, excellent quality, authentic fabric. "

Kazakhstani designer presents a collection Maya Di "Uly gave Marjane" Akbota Toktasynova showed a collection called "Kyz Zhibek", whose image is the embodiment of femininity, beauty and strength in the folk art of the Kazakh people. Marat Erimbetov of Shymkent city has prepared an exclusive collection called "The Voice of stone", Petropavlovsk represented Aykumis Bekzat, who brought fashion collection "Ayar" Indira Orazbek presented original collection with the Kazakh national ornaments, designers Naetovoy G. and J. The program of the ethnic fashionable marathon was performed by Kazakhstan variety artists and the creative team of the NGO "Society of Ukrainians" Obereg ".

During the event, a lottery was held with the drawing of designer accessories, and an exhibition-fair was organized, at which the author's paintings were presented, complementing the atmosphere of the marathon with elements of folk art.

After summing up, the Chairman of the jury Asylhanov ES, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of Russian National Academy of Design, Professor of Art and painting, awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes to the winners of the ethnic fashion marathon. The first place was taken by Olesya Vakulenko, designer of Kharkov, a member of the National Union of Folk Art Masters of Ukraine, the second place - Akbota Toktasynova young designer capital, the third - the design master, Marat Erimbetov.

Each of the participants of the first International Ethnic Fashion Marathon shared the richness of the national culture, which they represented with dignity. The past festival of fashion and design emphasizes the contribution of creative personalities to the cultural development of their country.

The objectives of the international ethnic fashion marathon are: the unification of representatives of creative professions working in the field of fashion and design; Support of talented masters, author's centers for the creation of designer clothes with components of the national costume, popularization of ethnic motifs in everyday clothes; Formation of interest and respect for the cultural traditions and customs of the ethnic groups living in Kazakhstan; Positioning the Republic of Kazakhstan in the world community as a country with a unique historical and cultural heritage.
