October 25 in the Palace of Culture named after I.Zhansugurov IV regional forum of the Council of public consent on the theme: "Ayilim - altyn kazinam" on the implementation of the program "Ryhani zhangiry", with the purpose of promoting and implementing the priorities outlined in the program article of N.Nazarbayev "View in future: modernization of public consciousness ", dissemination of best practices in rural districts and settlements, enterprises. The event was attended by 500 people.

Within the framework of the forum there was an exhibition of the work of the Councils of public harmony of districts and cities and rural districts on the topic: "Ayilim - altyn kazinam".

The guests of the event were: Deputy Akim of Almaty oblast Omar Zhaksylyk Mukashevich, deputy chairman of the regional APK, head of the Secretariat Gabit Tursynbai, Director of the "House of Friendship - Center for Public Accord" Tanirbergen Kasymberkebaev, G. Sarybayev, deputy chairman of the Almaty regional branch of the "Nur Otan" party, heads of regional administrations, council of elders, deputy akims of districts and cities, heads of departments of internal policy, chairmen and members of councils of public consent of district, city, rural districts, mother council, chairmen and activists of regional ethno-cultural centers, media representatives.

Sarybayev, deputy chairman of the regional branch of the "Nur Otan" party, member of the Regional Council of public consent, an activist of the Uighur ethnic and cultural center of Panfilov district R.Aysaev, chairman of the Council of public consent of the Koksu district, deputy chairman of the regional Russian ethnocultural union L. Kotelnikova, chairman of the Council of Public Consent of the Ili region, chairman of the Kurdish ethno-cultural center S. Chatuev, Chairman of the Regional Council of Mothers under the APK Zh. Baymadieva, lawyer-mediator "House of Friendship - Center for Public Consent" A. Mahmet. At the end of the event, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the forum "Ayilim - altyn kazinam" was held. As a result of the jury's assessments, the third place went to Kerbulak, Panfilov and Tekeli districts, the second place was awarded to the Ili and Aksu districts, the Enbekshikazakh district was placed first and the Karasai district won the grand prix. The winners of the forum were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts.
