November 22, 2017 in the House of Friendship hosted the XXI session of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan Manghistau region with the participation of akim of the region, the chairman of the APK region E.L. Togzhanov.

The session was attended by members of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan region, akims of cities and districts, secretaries and deputies of maslikhats, heads of state bodies, departments and departments, ethno-cultural associations, nongovernmental organizations, youth of the region, representatives of national and local media.

Within the framework of the session, the head of the region Eraly Tugzhanov summed up the annual work of the Assembly. Along with this, Akim of the region noted active work done within the framework of the presidential program "A Look into the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness".

The unity of the people, peace and harmony, tolerance were and remain the main values of our Independent State. And the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, which unites more than 18 million Kazakhstanis, contributes to the strengthening of social cohesion and national unity. This year, the system modernization has come to the forefront of all our work. Speaking at the XXV session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, the President expressed his confidence that the Assembly would actively participate in the modernization of consciousness. We must continue to work in this direction in the future, "the Head of the region noted.

Also at the session were: the general director of LLC "Bereket-F" Fatalieva Zareta Ahmedullaevna, the director of the Aktau confectionery factory "Volna" Karas Nadezhda Mikhailovna, the head of LLC "Caspian Holding" Kokh Viktor Mikhailovich, the chairman of the Chechen-Ingush ethno-cultural association "Vainakh" Lormanov Magomed Umarovich , the representative of the youth wing of the Korean ethno-cultural association Kim Elena.

During the event, the active members of the regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan received letters of appreciation from the oblast akim for their contribution to strengthening interethnic tolerance, public harmony and unity of the people of the region.

Further, the solemn ceremony was accompanied by a concert program of creative collectives of ethnocultural associations.
