On the 24-th of March, 2017, at 11.00 in the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov, was held a seminar on the theme: "Mediation is the basis of civil society".

With the acquisition of independence, our state is confidently moving forward. The politics of our President is to enter the top 30 of the most developed countries with high income and human potential. To implement this plan, the Head of State noted three main areas - charity, mediation, public control.

Mediation is the ability to negotiate, come in disputes and conflicts to a solution that is mutually beneficial to both parties. People have always valued good relations and it's not for nothing that they say "a better world is worse than a good quarrel". Nobody willingly does not seek to spoil relations with someone.

The moderator was Salov Vladimir Yurievich - Head of the ANC WKR Department, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor. Italieva Talshin Mukatovna spoke on the topic during the seminar:

"Mediation is the basis of civil society". Information about the work of the cabinet of mediation and mediators of KSU "Public contracts" of the apparatus of mayor of WKR.

"In 2016, over 30 events were held in the region in cooperation with members of ethno-cultural associations, public consent councils, mothers council, veterans council and youth wing, with the regional court, was held more than 30 activities, was open 145 mediation offices, the ANC WKR registry consists of 224 non-professional and 44 professional Mediator, more than 1,700 mediative agreements were concluded, of which 967 agreements were concluded by non-professional mediators in pre-trial order, i.е. the trust of the population towards mediators increases", noted the head of the cabinet of mediation of the KSU "Public contracts" of the apparatus of the mayor of WKR Italieva Т.М.

Khabieva Mavlina Kalimzhanovna - the head of the training center "Make Your Peace" on the topic: Implementation of the pilot project of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Mediation is in the field of education.

Rakisheva Alua Gilmanovna – the head of the department of social initiatives and public consent of KSU "Public contracts" of the apparatus of mayor of the WKR on the topic: Mediatative Situations.

The use of mediation in education in the long term will have a positive impact on reducing the level of conflict in educational institutions, creating a more favorable psychological atmosphere; will lead to a new level of relationships in the student-teacher-parent system and its various variations. A pilot project of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in which the articles of the civil code on compulsory settlement of disputes in pre-trial order, are touched upon.
