The seminar was held by the heads of the Republican public association “Mediation Development Centre”, coaches Kairat and Nazm Tulekeyevs.

N. Tulekeyeva told the participants of the training seminar about financial literacy and explained the terms “financial cushion”, “passive income” and “financial independence”.

– Our organization has been working since 2011. There are about thousand people in our midst, they are represented in all regions. Most importantly, we go further – we carry out the promotion of mediation and the development of Institute of biys. We give personal growth and conduct seminars. We have many social projects. We conduct free off-site training seminars, thanks to mediation, we learned the geography of our country better, visited all cities. We have a very simple idea, it is improvement of Kazakhstani people’s lives. Our task today is to help the state to implement ambitious plans, because we see the goal to be achieved. We have to work with a huge mass of people and information, at today's event which brought together representatives of different ethne, we share what we know, what has been worked out in practice. These are the platforms where you can give people the opportunity to learn something new for themselves. Our training seminar for mediators of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan “My name is Kazakhstan” is held within the social programme “Namys”. We are patriots, so the project is on a grant basis, to implement the ideas, - K. Tulekeyev included.       

At the end of the training seminar, the participants were awarded with certificates.
