September 25-26, 2017 within the framework of the project "Scientific support of the activities of the Association of Germans of Kazakhstan "Revival". Scientific Meetings, Guest Presentations and Presentations Akmola Regional Society of Germans "Wiedergeburt" was visited by Dr. Philosophy, historian of Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, Executive Director of the Göttingen Research Center, Chairman of the Scientific Commission for the Study of Germans in Russia and CIS Alfred Aisfeld.

On September 25, a meeting-lecture with visitors and guests of the German society "Wiedergeburt" was held, at which Dr. Aisfeld presented a popular science book in Russian and German languages ​​dedicated to the history, culture and the present situation of the Germans in Kazakhstan.

The book is prepared by an international team of scientists led by Dr.Sc. Alfred Aisfeld.

On September 26, Dr. Aisfeld delivered a lecture and presented a book for students, teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages Sh. Ualikhanov.

Since September 2017 thanks to the initiative of the Association of Germans of Kazakhstan "Revival", the Akmola regional society of Germans "Wiedergeburt" and with the support of the university management the course "German language" was renewed. The students of the course have grant support for training from the Association of Germans.

Following the results of the meeting, further cooperation with Dr. Alfred Aisfeld is expected, development of a methodical tool for the German language course on the history and culture of the Germans in Kazakhstan.
