Within the framework of the President's program "A Look into the Future: Modernizing the Public Consciousness" on October 20, representatives of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in Mangistau Oblast met with the residents of the village of Ondi.

The purpose of the event is to familiarize the residents with the work of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in the Mangistau region, demonstrate the culture of different ethnic groups living under one shanyrak, and strengthen the friendship of the peoples.

The meeting was attended by - akim village Ondi Kayipuly B.B., Head of the Secretariat of the APK Mangistau region Ismurzina G.M., chairman of the Azerbaijani ethno-cultural association "Dostlug" and deputy of the city maslikhat Huseynov Sh.A., chairman of the Bashkir cultural center "Salavat" Fanurovna G.B., deputy chairman of the Karakalpak ethnocultural association "Allayar Zholy" Maymuratovich S.I., пGuseinova G.A., chairman of the Belarusian ethnocultural association. and also, creative collectives of ethnocultural associations.

The head of the secretariat of the APK of the Mangistau region, Ismurzin G.M. noted the role of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in strengthening interethnic harmony, explained to the residents the importance and peculiarity of the work of the APK.

During the event, a concert program was organized with the participation of creative groups, and guests visited the museum of the Great Writer and statesman Abish Kekilbayev.
