In the conference hall of the Atyrau Friendship House under the Atyrau regional ANC was held a meeting of the Journalists' Club. On the agenda of the meeting, were considered two issues: consideration of a new composition of the Club of Journalists under the ANC of the region and on amending the Regulations of the competition among “Shanyrak” journalists.

The club of journalists under the Atyrau regional ANC was established in 2014 and is an organizational structure uniting on voluntary basis journalists, whose sphere of professional interests is covering the issues of the state national policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, advocacy of interethnic accord, and Kazakhstani advocacy. Today, the club's chairman is journalist, deputy director of LLP "Atyrau-Akparat" - Naukiev Utegen Amanshevich.

Also at the meeting was considered the question of the new composition of the Club. Today, this club consisting of 6 people, these are journalists of regional and city media, which cover the topic of the Assembly, inter-ethnic harmony.

Annually KSU "Public contracts" announces a regional contest among journalists for the best coverage of issues of civil peace and interethnic accord. The contest is held among journalists of regional media, television and radio, journalists of city media, among journalists of regional media. The Competition Jury objectively considered the work of journalists and, based on the results of a comparison of bids, 3 works were recognized by the winners in different nominations last year.

At the meeting were reviewed the Regulations of the "Shanyrak" Competition, amendments and were made changes.

In turn, journalists exchanged opinions  and asked questions of interest to them.
