A meeting of the Public Council of the ANC of the Pavlodar region was held in the conference hall of the House of Friendship. In addition to the members of the council, the event was attended by managers and specialists from the departments of education, health, religious affairs, employment and social programs, as well as economics and budget planning. The moderator of the event was the chairman of the Public Consent Council, Abdykalykov Idiyat Bekbolatovich.

Within the framework of the meeting, questions were discussed on the direction and consolidation of young specialists in the countryside in the framework of the Serpin, Diploma in the Village, Molodyozhnaya Practika, representative offices of the public consent councils in the large enterprises of the region, the consent of the ANC of the region to counter religious extremism for 2017-2018.

The deputy head of the department of education of the region Karambaev Zhomart Petrovich in details told about the achievements within the framework of the projects "Serpin", "With a diploma in the village", "Youth practice".

"In total, during the years of implementing the program" With the diploma - in the village! "From 2009 to 2016, 3,120 young specialists arrived in the schools of the region," he noted. "Annually, the schools of the region are replenished with more than 500 young specialists. Together with the rural akimats, all conditions are created for them in the village, namely: provision with housing, load, payment of communal services. For specialists who came to work in the countryside, the state provides a guaranteed social package - housing, a budget loan for the purchase of housing in the amount of 1,500 MCI and a lifting fee of 70 MCIs, "said Zhomart Petrovich. He also talked about the increase in our region of admission students under the project "Serpin". In 2014 there were 50 people arriving in our region, in 2015 - 175, in 2016 - 185, in 2017 their number reached 200.

Also, in order to achieve the greatest efficiency in stimulating the attraction and consolidation of young specialists in rural areas, their support, together with the education departments, is given special attention. There is the School of the young teacher, which contributes to the professional and personal growth of the teacher, mentors are established from the number of experienced teachers. Various contests of professional skills, olympiads for young professionals are held, which contributes to the manifestation of their high professionalism, creativity, civic responsibility and patriotism.

An equally important issue on the agenda of the meeting was the creation of representations of the ANC Council of Public Accord in the large enterprises of the region. To date, work has been carried out and such representative offices have been established in Bogatyr Komir LLP, in the machine-building plant, Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant JSC, Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC and Eurasian Energy Corporation JSC. Within the framework of this meeting, it was decided to open a representative office in Aksu Ferroalloy Plant under the chairmanship of Azumat Magomirovich Tolumbekov, Deputy Director.

At the end of the event, ID Iddyat Bekbolatovich Abdykalykov, chairman of the ANC Council of Public Accord, was handed certificates to new members of the council.
