On July 10, 2017, Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Darhan Mynbaya, met with the Commissioner of the Federal Government for Migrants and National Minorities, a deputy of the German Bundestag, Hartmut Koshik.

H. Koshik was accompanied by the German Bundestag deputy G. Zertik, the head of the department for EU affairs and international affairs J. Bentmann, the 2nd secretary of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Gronsfeld, the Federal Chairman of the German Germans from Russia V. Aizenbraun and others.

At the meeting of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, the director of the republican state institution "Kokamdyk kelisim" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.Tarakov, the deputy head of the ANC Secretariat L.Prokopenko, the chairman of the branch of the German Society "Revival" in Astana I.Berg took part.

During the meeting, D.Mynbaj acquainted the guests from Germany with the history of the creation, constitutional status, tasks and work of the ANC to strengthen public harmony and national unity, as well as the activity of the Assembly deputies in the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international cooperation of the ANC.

The Vice-Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan emphasized the deeply confidential and open nature of relations between the countries, the constant direct contacts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev and the Federal Chancellor A. Merkel, spoke about the activities of the Association of Public Associations of Germans of Kazakhstan "Wiedergeburt".

D.Mynbay noted the importance for the country of effective implementation of the program of modernization of public consciousness initiated by the Head of State.

The representatives of the FRG delegation stressed the positive experience of Kazakhstan and the important role of the Assembly in preserving interethnic stability and strengthening public accord, in ensuring the rights of all ethnic groups living in the republic.

H.Koshik noted the undeniable leadership of Kazakhstan in the harmonization of interethnic relations, strengthening of unity and intercultural dialogue, which is an example for many countries.

Foreign guests told about participation in the Festival of German Culture and classical German music with the actors "Astana Opera" together with students of the Pavlodar Music College in Pavlodar region, where they were convinced by real examples that the Germans of Kazakhstan have all the conditions for the development of culture, language and traditions .

D.Mynbay and H.Koshik exchanged views on the prospects for cooperation in the field of dual education and training of specialists in business, noting that a constructive meeting will contribute to strengthening cooperation between the two countries.

Following the meeting, the ANC Deputy Chairman invited H.Koshik and G.Certik to participate in the regular XXVII session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
