On 12 December, a meeting of the APK Council of Public Accord (hereinafter "CPA") was held in the conference hall of KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" of the apparatus of akim of Pavlodar region. Members of the CPA of cities and districts, enterprises of the region, ECA chairpersons and representatives of the media were invited to the event.

Within the framework of the meeting, issues of modernization of public consciousness of the population, provision of interethnic and inter-confessional consent in the region, CPA work at the enterprises of the region, development of mediation in Pavlodar region were considered.

In his speech, the chairman of the APK Council of Public Accord, Abdykalykov Idiat Bekbolatovich, noted that in Pavlodar region today there are 114 councils of public consent, including one oblast, 2 city, 10 district, 97 rural and 4 in enterprises. For the reporting period from January 1 to December 1 this year. in the field of public consent councils, 869 activities were implemented with a population coverage of 77,600. "Members of councils take part in the reports of akims of all levels to the population. In order to discuss plans, economic and social programs for the development of the region, the committees for reviewing the above-mentioned issues also include members of the public consent councils. During the Days of Kazakhstan people's Assembly with a trip to the countryside held community meetings to discuss social problems and the regional council of public consent and Mediation Center is the reception of citizens", - he said. Idiat Bekbolatovich shared that together with the Department for Religious Affairs of the region, a plan of measures to counter religious extremism for 2017-2018 has been developed and approved. This work will continue in the next 2018.

Also, the work in this direction, which is implemented in the enterprise LLC "Bogatyr" said the chairman of CPA given enterprise Konurbaev Erbolat Kayridenovich. "Bogatyr Komir" LLC - is the largest in Kazakhstan, the fastest growing coal mining company. The Company accounts for 63% of the total coal produced in the Ekibastuz coal basin. The enterprise employs more than 6000 people, 41 nationalities. Thanks to the joint and coordinated work of the miners Bogatirya successfully cope with the tasks of production, fully fulfill their social obligations", - said Erbolat Kayridenovich. He also added that as part of the execution of the instruction of the Head of State, the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in the region sent recommendations on the establishment of public consent councils at enterprises. Thus, the company's management decided on its creation on June 21, 2016. "There are 8 people in the council of public consent of the enterprise: these are engineering and technical workers, the chairman of the trade union committee, members of the united youth movement, labor veterans. The activities of the Council are aimed at the prevention of labor and industrial conflicts, the creation of favorable working conditions, the social protection of workers, as well as assistance in resolving urgent issues of enterprise development. Through CPA, workers have the opportunity to directly contact the manager, ask questions of interest, and express their opinion. In addition, the public consent Board helps tackle controversial social and domestic issues by the settlement of the issues raised at the site with a view to a peaceful solution", - he added.

Also within the framework of the meeting, other speakers also shared their achievements and accumulated experience. The development of mediation in the Pavlodar region was described by the head of the mediation center of KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" Nikolashina Olga Leonidovna. In turn, the chairman of the Council of public consent of the Shcherbakty district Pavanov Bakhyt Pavanovich made a report on the modernization of public consciousness of the population and on ensuring inter-ethnic and inter-religious harmony in the Sherbaktinsky district.

At the end of the event, the ceremony of presenting certificates to new board members was held.
