July 12 in the "House of Friendship" a meeting of the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Timoshenko Yury Yevgenyevich with members of the Akmola Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and representatives of the public of the regional center took place. Issues on the agenda of the meeting included: discussion of the program article of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "A look into the future: modernization of public consciousness" and implementation of tasks set by the President at the 25th session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

The meeting was opened by the head of the secretariat of the AANK, Maral Dzhakupova, who provided information on the activity of the Akmola Assembly, in terms of charity, mediation, work with public organizations.

Particularly noted is the large contribution of enterprises, organizations and residents of the region in providing assistance to flood victims in Sandyktau and Atbasar districts. Financial assistance amounting to more than 53 million tenge was provided.

In the House of Friendship since the beginning of the year, six charity auctions have been held, the proceeds were donated to the parents of seriously ill children. Also, issues were raised, the solution of which is possible at the legislative level.

In turn, in his speech, YE. Tymoshenko shared information about the activities of the deputy group in the adoption of decisions and bills. During the meeting, active discussion of vital issues concerning each citizen of the country took place. So representatives of the regional and city councils of veterans were asked to include in the bill a number of questions on the revision of the status of workers in the rear, having awards received during the war, Afghan soldiers, combatants in "hot spots", equating them to the participants of the Second World War. At the end of the meeting, Yury Evgenievich proposed writing all the wishes in writing for consideration in the commissions. During the meeting, mutual understanding and development of new prospects of activity were achieved.
