Within the framework of the United Republican Day of the nation-wide discussion of the introduction of the Uniform Standard of the Alphabet of the State Language on the Latin chart in the Friendship House of the city of Aktau, a meeting was held with the public activities of the Mangistau region.

Representatives of the public council of Mangistau oblast, youth organization "Zhas Kanat", public association "Kazak tili", Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan Mangistau region, veterans council, public consent council, mothers council, NEC took part in the round table.

The moderator of the round table was the head of the secretariat of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan Mangistau region Ismurzina Gulzhan Maksutovna. After meeting the participants of the meeting, I.G. Maksutovna briefly focused on the importance of the event, its goals and objectives. In particular, the prospects for the transition of the Kazakh language to the Latin alphabet.

During the event, Tuleugaliev Bektur, representative of the public association "Kazak tili", and Gulzira Abubakirovna, senior lecturer of the language department of the KGUTI named after Sh. Esenova Kuatova Gulzira Abubakirovna, made presentations on the significance of the transition to the Latin alphabet.

The chairmen of the Armenian ethnocultural association "Ehpairutyun" Kurdoglyan Ayrapet Aleksanovich, the Azerbaijani ethno-cultural association "Dostlug" Guseynov Shamsadin Allahverdi ogli, the Korean ethnocultural association "Choson" Tsoy Valery Yakovlevich, the German ethnocultural association "Widergeburt" Ivanova Galina Borisovna noted that the translation of the Kazakh language into Latin script will strengthen our unity and spiritually bring us together.

"Today, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan organized a single day to discuss the transition to the Latin schedule. Our head of state set the task until 2025 to switch to the Latin schedule, but everything should be introduced gradually and everyone understands it. With the public, explanatory work will be carried out. We invited representatives of ethnocultural associations, representatives of youth, to the round table. So that everyone could express their opinion or suggestions, "said Gulzhan Ismurzina, head of the secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in the Mangistau region.

And also the youth of Mangistau region supported the transition of the Kazakh alphabet to the Latin alphabet and all the people of Kazakhstan are encouraged to support the work on the discussion and adoption of the new alphabet of the state language.
