August 23, 2017 in the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan began a three-day republican training seminar on "Modernization of public consciousness: educational, humanitarian, socio-cultural foundations and implementation mechanisms."

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman - Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Darkhan Mynbay, members of the Assembly, representatives of state bodies, ethno-cultural associations, KGU "Kokamdy kelisim" regions, media, etc.

The training workshop is conducted with the assistance of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil servants engaged in interethnic relations, heads and specialists of the secretariats of the regional assemblies of the people of Kazakhstan, specialists in the departments for religious affairs, language development, law enforcement officials, experts and assistant deputies of the Mazhilis Parliament of the RK, specialists of maslikhats of all levels.

The purpose of the training workshop is to deepen the professional knowledge and improve the skills in the implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State in the program article "Looking into the Future: Modernizing the Public Consciousness".

The program of the training seminar includes the following topics: "National code and public consciousness", "Modernization of public consciousness: constructive ideas and ways of their real implementation", "Dominant of the transformation of public consciousness", "New national alphabet based on Latin graphics: problems and Prospects "," On the implementation of the direction of "Rukhani Kazyna" program "Touchan zher", "On the implementation of the direction" Tyrbin Men's Bilim "of the program" Touchan zher "," Spiritual Modernization: Historical Experience and Traditions "," Historical and Cultural Heritage as the basis of identity formation "," Project management in the implementation of state programs ".

During the sessions, a discussion platform will be created to exchange views and work experience on the issues of modernization of public consciousness.

Baytursynov, the Institute of Oriental Studies named after R.
