In order to promote the article "Looking into the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness" by the Head of State NA Nazarbayev, within the framework of the Ruhani Jahyrou Project, on July 3, 2017, in the House of Assembly of Uralsk, with the support of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, WKO, Publicist, literary critic Myrzabek Amangeldy Kenshilikuly.

This event was conducted under the chairmanship of the head of the Secretariat of the ANC WKO - Kapakov Gaisa Hamedulayevich. The participants of the meeting were Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, laureate of the International Prize for Literature, poet Akushtap Baktygereva, members of the Writers' Union, representatives of the intelligentsia, scientists, teachers, KSU "Kokamdy kelisim" employees, chairmen of the Council of Elders and Mothers Council, leaders and members of the ethno-cultural association.

During the event, Myrzabek Amangeldy and the poet Akustap Baktygereeva shared their vision of implementing programs to modernize public consciousness, talked about current topics of the day, answered questions from readers.
