N. Nazarbayev's article "A look into the future: modernization of public consciousness" was discussed in Aktobe.

On the 13-th of April, 2017, at the House of Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, was held a round table to discuss the main directions of the country, which were set out in the program article of the Head of State N.Nazarbayev "Orientation: the spiritual revival of the future". At this round table were invited the regional ANC, chairmen of ethno-cultural associations, members of the elders,  councils, mothers and the youth wing of the ANC, representatives of the regional directorates for language development and youth policy, students of the Kazakh-Russian International University, students of the Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum.

The participants of the round table concluded that the third modernization indicated by the President from his message at the beginning of the year included only economic and political reforms. However, the President notes that it is impossible to achieve the main goal, and to enter at the 30-th most developed countries of the world, without preserving the national and spiritual culture of the nation, without reliance on our history and traditions.

The chairman of the Korean ethno-cultural association, Tshai Konstantin Valentinovich:

- Spiritual modernization in the modern world, where there is a struggle against terrorism and radical currents, is very important. Our Head of State says that pragmatism means precisely knowing your national resources, the ability to plan your future, and is the way to the development of the country. You need to be able to set real goals, but do not forget your national spirit.

Song Shi Meng, a citizen of the Republic of Korea, director of the Korean Institute Sejong in Aktobe:

- I started to study the Kazakh language 8 years ago; I went to Free State language courses with the regional language development department. I would like the Kazakh language to become the unifying link of all Kazakhstan. For me, knowing languages ​​is an indicator of my personal competitiveness.

Svet Oleg Grigorievich., teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of the secondary school № 9:

- As a teacher and philologist, I am pleased with the project, mentioned in the President’s article regarding the translation of 100 best textbooks in the world translated from different languages ​​to Kazakh in humanitarian areas. This will give our students and young professionals to become more competitive in their knowledge.
