The training seminar is conducted by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the assistance of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan for civil servants dealing with issues of interethnic relations, specialists of the departments for religious affairs, language development, law enforcement officers, specialists of Almaty oblast and Almaty.

The purpose of the training workshop is to deepen the professional knowledge and improve the skills in the implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State in the program article "Looking into the future: modernizing public consciousness".

The program of the seminar-training includes the following topics: "Modernization of public consciousness: constructive ideas and ways of their real implementation", "Dominant of the transformation of public consciousness", "Modern methods of ideological influence", New national alphabet based on Latin graphics: problems and perspectives, "Project management in the implementation of government programs".

Representatives of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, domestic scientists, representatives of non-governmental organizations, business investors, members of the APK Scientific and Expert Council took part in the seminar-training.

During the sessions, a discussion platform was created to exchange views and work experience on the issues of modernization of public consciousness.
