Today, within the framework of the holiday of the languages ​​of the people of Kazakhstan, an online action organized by the regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan was held in Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata. It was attended by about 30 students from 15 schools in the city - representatives of various ethnic groups and their leaders.

The purpose of the online action is the questions of transition to the Latin alphabet and modernization of the language, indicated in the 6th direction of the article of the President "A look into the future: modernization of public consciousness".

During the event, the students met with students of Korkyt ata KGU, who well mastered English, Korean, Arabic, Chinese, watched the course of the lesson. Well-mastered three languages, young people gave advice to students about the importance of not making a mistake in choosing a profession that opens the way to the future. At the same time, the students exchanged views with the faculty of the university. Among them are associate professor of KGU named after Korkyt ata, candidate of historical sciences S.Taiman, Ph.D., associate professor Aman Abasilov, head of the department of foreign languages, Ph.D., associate professor Mariyash Zhumagulova and professor of the Korean language of the department of foreign languages and the translation of Pak John Kin explained to the youth the importance of the issue of switching to the Latin alphabet, and also congratulated on the holiday.

Online action ended with a concert program.
