October 14, 2016 was held a presentation-opening of the Department of Assembly of People of Kazakhstan at the D.A. Kunaev Eurasian Law Academy in Almaty.

Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Department was established on the basis of the Memorandum on cooperation of the Republican Association of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and departments of the Eurasian Academy of Law named after D.A. Kunaev.

The department head of the Academy of the APK Mukatova D.M. opened and led the event.

A welcoming speech was delivered by the Rector of the Academy Zhalairi O.S. Welcoming the guests, he said that a solemn event dedicated to 25th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence and the 1000th anniversary of the city of Almaty. In his speech he spoke about the forthcoming activities of the Department of the APK, aimed at developing the theoretical and methodological support for teaching subjects related to ethno-political sphere, the development of methodology for ethno-political research on planned disciplines that will be taught. He also said that the department has in its composition of the Scientific Council and Board of Trustees.

On behalf of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Vice-Chairman of the APK Pitalenko L.N. congratulated with the opening of the Department. In his speech, he said that over the 25 years of Independence of our country, thanks to the unity and cohesion of the people, overcome all difficulties, and entered the top 50 developed countries. Surely, there is also the role of the Assembly in that. It has played a crucial role in the formation and strengthening of the social and political foundations of our society. I wish the faculty and students of the Academy  D.A. Kunaeva separate department APK success to continue good traditions of the Assembly, based on the principles of trust, harmony, tolerance and unity in diversity.

With congratulatory speech was made by the deputy of the Majilis A.S. Muradov: "As almaty citizen I congratulate you on the anniversary of the 1000 year og Almaty, and the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. - he said. - 25 years, we go under the ideological banner, which carries our Elbasy Leader Nursultan Nazarbayev. I am a member of the APK since the first days of creation, as a witness to the Assembly together with us develop. Today, the Institute for public diplomacy has become known to the world community. Representatives of the 56 countries of the world came to us for the experience. At present, the activities of the Assembly require a scientific approach. It is the right decision, that the country's institutions of higher education for teaching subjects related to ethnic policy of the department are open.

In his congratulatory speech Kuziev Dilmurat, chairman of the board of directors of JSC "Bent," said he as well as all 17 million Kazakhstan has supported and supports the wise policy of the Head of State. By the nature of his work, he is a lot abroad, and proudly says he Kazakhstani and even more proud when our country and our President is known and respected worldwide. On this solemn day, a holy shanyrak opened Chair of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, which will develop a scientific system of studies on inter-ethnic relations.

Head of the Secretariat of the Almaty APK Abdalieva Margarita, in her speech thanked the Rector of the Academy of D.A. Kunaeva for the initiative of the opening ceremony, the first in the city of Almaty, this department, whose work will be aimed at fostering the youth in the spirit of the Kazakhstan patriotism, tolerance, friendship and mutual understanding.

Chairman of the Public Council under the consent of the APK Almaty Lyubov Ni congratulated on the opening of the department and noted that the older generation know the price of independence, the youth of our country has grown in conditions of peace, prosperity and well-being, our task is to teach the young generation to cherish and strengthen these values, as friendship, mutual respect and mutual support.

Next were Nurzhuman Ahtybaev, public figure, Mamsurov Kazbek, Vice chairman of the APK Almaty, Kazahbay Kasimov, deputy chairman of the "Akhyska" Turkish urban center. All the speakers wished success in their work department, the implementation of a large set of grandiose plans and objectives with confidence in the future.
