Head of state Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a Decree on measures to implement the State of Nation Address dated October 5, 2018 "Growing welfare of Kazakhstan: increase of income and quality of life".

In order to implement President's State of the Nation Address dated October 5, 2018 "Growing welfare of Kazakhstan: increase of income and quality of life" I hereby resolve:

1. To approve National action plan for the implementation of the State of the Nation Address of the Head of state dated October 5, 2018 "Growing welfare of Kazakhstan: increase of income and quality of life" (hereinafter - the National plan).

2. To the Government of Kazakhstan:

1) to ensure strict and timely implementation of the measures of the National plan, as well as systematic awareness-raising on the provisions of President's State of the Nation Address dated October 5, 2018 "Growing welfare of Kazakhstan: improving income and quality of life”;

2) by 25 January of the year following the reporting year, submit information on the implementation of the National plan to the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

3. To the first heads of state agencies directly subordinated and affiliated to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, central and local executive agencies and other state ones shall ensure the strict and timely implementation of the measures of the National plan.

4. Control over the execution of this Decree shall be entrusted to the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its signing.

On October 5, President Nursultan Nazarbayev delivered State of the Nation Address "Growing welfare of Kazakhstan: increase of income and quality of life".
