September 20, 2017 in Atyrau State University. H. Dosmukhamedov held a regional seminar on the promotion of Kazakhstan's model of peace and harmony.

The purpose of the seminar is to enhance the professional competencies of students on issues of public consent and stability in the context of the implementation of the "Modernization of the Public Consciousness" Program.

The organizers of the seminar are the KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the Atyrau region.

The event was attended by: civil servants, members of the Public Harmony Council, the scientific expert group, the youth resource center of the city of Atyrau, the youth wing of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, the regional mother councils, the employees of KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim", the chairmen and members of IVF, the teachers of the ANC Atyrauskaya chair media representatives.

Lectures were read by: Head of the Center for Analysis and Forecasting of Social Initiatives of the Astana city branch of the "Nur Otan" Party, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Kazbek Mailybaevich Kazkenov on the topic: "Key directions of modernization of public consciousness in the formation of Kazakhstan values"; Professor of the Eurasian National University. L. Gumilev, candidate of historical sciences Darkenov Kurmangali Gazizovich on the theme: "Modernization of public consciousness: strengthening and development of Kazakhstan's identity and unity"; Head of the Analytical Department of the RSU International Center for Cultures and Religions of the Committee for Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the ANC ANC, candidate of sociological sciences Zhakiyanov Talgat Zhardemkulovich on the topic: "Interethnic, inter-confessional situation in the RK".
