August 4, 2017 in akimat of Kurmangazinsky district the meeting of the district Council of public consent was held.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss topical issues aimed at implementing the projects noted in the article of the Head of State "A Look into the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness", as well as the revitalization of the work of the Public Consent Council.

Akim of Kurmangazinsky district B.Shayakhmetov, head of Atyrau regional department for language development A.Kystaubayev, akims of 19 rural districts of the region, deputies of district maslikhat, chairmen and members of district council of public consent, chairman of district council of mothers, representatives of mass media took part in the event.

Akim of the region B.Shayakhmetov acquainted those present with the purpose of this event. The head of KSU "Kokamdyk kelisim" of the apparatus of akim of Atyrau region T. Aman-Turlina told about the main directions of the work of the Council of public consent, created with the purpose of strengthening of consensus and national unity in the society. She proposed ways to intensify the work of the public consent councils. The councils of public harmony have been at the very center of the social life of the region since their inception, and now they are one of the moving forces initiating important events of enormous social significance.

At the end of the event, the chairmen of the public consent councils of 19 rural districts were awarded books "Atyrau ethnostars" about the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in the Atyrau region.

In the second half of the day in the Culture House of the village of Kurmangazy the regional forum of the Mothers Council was held on the topic of "Eldiktің mұraty, қоғамның қуаты - Анада". The main goal: in accordance with the plan of events of the Mothers' Council "Altyn Shakira" at the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in the Atyrau region within the framework of the action "AO Oramal" to rally the population around the idea of ​​preserving and strengthening peace, to show the value of life achievements of women in the region, women mothers, Their lives and activities, encourage young people to be equal to them and awaken in the minds of the younger generation a sense of pride for the people of their native land and the need to follow their example.

During the event, the participants and guests got acquainted with the exhibition, where many exhibits of Kazakh applied art were presented.

The akim of the Kurmangazinskiy district B.Shayakhmetov opened the forum with a welcoming speech. A group of young girls and women in Kazakh national clothes bowed to the gathered mothers in the hall and threw beautiful white handkerchiefs on their shoulders. The well-known woman entrepreneur who led one of the political parties Agil Kenzhegaliyeva became the organizer of a charitable action aimed at supporting large mothers of the region: she provided financial assistance in the amount of 400 (four hundred thousand) tenge, giving each of 20 mothers 20 thousand tenge each.

Further within the framework of the forum, during the action "Aқ oramal", guests from the region, guests and well-known female mothers of the district, who worked in different spheres of the economy in different years, presented white handkerchiefs to the participants of the forum - their contemporaries and young mothers.

We regard this act as a symbol of the transfer of the covenants of the elders, the orders of mothers to the succeeding generation. The event ended with the good wish of the national healer Dametken Serikbaykzy and the blessing of the chairman of the Council of Veterans of Nurzhau village - Madenita Kharesova.
