On the 20-th of March, at the KSU M.Kozybaev of the city of Petropavlovsk started a regional seminar on the promotion of the Kazakhstan model of peace and harmony.

The organizers of the seminar of the RSU "Public contracts" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

The main goal of this event is to increase the professional knowledge and skills of the listeners on the issues of ensuring public harmony and stability within the framework of the implementation of the Nation's Plan "100 concrete steps". The seminar participants included civil servants working in the field of interethnic and inter-confessional relations, youth policy, education, as well as representatives of the civil sector of the North-Kazakhstan region.

The first session of the seminar was opened by the moderator Kozhakhmet Madiyar, the head of the regional mayor machinery.

The deputy director of RSU "Public contracts" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the ANC, candidate of sociological works Talgat Zhakiyanov introduced the participants of the seminar to the lecturers and voiced the main goals and objectives of these lectures.

Anatoly Bashmakov - Chairman of the Association of Chairs of the ANC, Head of the Department of ENU named by Gumilyov, a member of the ANC, doctor of economic sciences, professor spoke with the theme "The third modernization of Kazakhstan: strengthening and development of Kazakhstan's identity and unity."

Especially interesting was the lecture of Kazbek Kazkenov, head of the Center for Analysis and Forecasting of Social Initiatives of the Astana city branch of the “Nur Otan”, professor, doctor of philosophical sciences. In his conversation with the audience, he cited simple life situations - the foundations of social life, and how the National idea "Mangilik El" should influence the future of society. According to the professor, any global modernization should begin with the modernization of the consciousness of every citizen. And it depends on education in families.

Practical lecture - training with Gulmaydan Urozbaeva quickly turned into a discussion. The development of mediation and the use of mediative technologies in social conflicts is an actual topic for today. Therefore, the trainer of mediators, the director of the Training Center "Control Education Center" described in detail the step-by-step algorithm of the mediator's actions when meeting with the conflicting parties.

The first day of the seminar was concluded by Leonid Prokopenko, deputy head of the ANC Secretariat of the Presidential Administration. He spoke about the main tasks of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and the implementation of the third modernization of the country.

The second day of the seminar began with work on sections. Choosing the topic of interest, the participants went to the audience, where they were already waiting for the lecturers. In total, there were four sections, namely "ANC Activities in the Regions: Main Areas and Priorities", "The Role of Religious Associations in Strengthening Kazakhstan Identity", "Strengthening and Development of Kazakhstan Identity among Youth" and "Scientific and Expert Support for the Sphere of Interethnic Relations".

About fifteen specialists in the sphere of work of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and its subdivisions came to North Kazakhstan as teachers. Lecturers not only read the reports, but also shared their experience in their regions. Methods, main directions and peculiarities of the work of the Council of Mothers, the Council of Public Accord, the Institute of Mediation, the Scientific Expert Group, youth organizations and religious associations were considered during the sectional work. As a result of the lectures, a focus group was held where participants could share their opinions, make suggestions and point out the problematic issues that they faced in their work.

According to the participants of the seminar, this event is a good school for the promotion of the Kazakhstan model of peace and harmony, the nationwide idea of ​​"Mangilik El" and the national project of ANC "Big Country - Big Family". Especially interesting was the young specialists and members of the youth wing of the North-Kazakhstan region ANC. They learned a lot about interethnic relations, state policy and the work of youth organizations of neighboring regions.

At the end of the seminar, each participant received a certificate confirming the successful completion of the program of the regional seminar on the promotion and promotion of the Kazakhstan model of peace and harmony.
